CNC lathes, automatic lathes, conventional lathes

CNC Turning
Overview

High-precision CNC turning for shafts, sleeves, pins, and custom fasteners. Automatic CNC lathes support continuous volume production, while conventional lathes — operated by senior technicians — handle prototypes and small-batch orders flexibly.

Typical projects include: precision shafts (motor and drive shafts), custom screws and nuts, pneumatic cylinder pistons, bearing rings, and electrical connectors. For tighter OD tolerances or mirror-finish surfaces, we can integrate precision grinding.
