Workflow

From Inquiry to Shipment Five Clear Stages

Each stage lays out what you do, what we do, and how long it takes — no guesswork.

01

Inquiry

1-2 business days

Send us drawings, specs, quantity, and target lead time. No drawings? We can reverse-engineer from a sample.

Supported file formats
STEP (.stp)IGES (.igs)STLDWG / DXFPDFJPG / PNG
Your role

Send drawings (DWG / DXF / PDF / STEP / IGES), material, quantity, surface finish requirements

Our role

Respond within 1-2 business days, follow up by phone if details need confirming

02

Quote

Per project complexity

The quote includes unit and total prices, lead time, materials, and processes — so you have everything you need to compare and decide.

Your role

Review quote, adjust specs, confirm requirements

Our role

Provide a detailed quotation; revise immediately when needs change

03

Prototype

7-14 business days

Prototyping de-risks production. For direct production or urgent orders, we can skip to step 4.

Your role

Test the sample, share modification feedback

Our role

Machine the prototype to drawing, measure, and deliver with measurement reports

04

Production

14-30 business days

Formal production scheduling with continuous quality control — incoming inspection, in-process monitoring, periodic sampling.

Your role

Check progress anytime

Our role

Schedule production, report progress regularly, document QC throughout

05

Delivery

1-3 days

Final inspection, packaging, and shipping. Inspection reports available; packaging per your spec.

Your role

Receive and inspect on arrival

Our role

Final inspection, packaging (rust / shock prevention), shipping per agreed method

Inquiry Preparation

How to get your quote faster

With these 4 items in hand, we typically reply within 1-2 business days. Incomplete info is fine too — we'll just need a few rounds to confirm specs, which extends the timeline.

01

Drawings

Engineering drawings or 3D models

  • 2D: DWG / DXF / PDF
  • 3D: STEP (.stp) / IGES (.igs) / STL
  • Hand sketches accepted (limited precision)
02

Specifications

Material, quantity, tolerance

  • Material grade (e.g., SUS304, A6061)
  • Estimated quantity (proto / volume)
  • Critical tolerances (if special)
03

Surface Treatment

Desired finish / function

  • Anodizing (black / red / blue / grey)
  • Nickel plating / blackening / passivation
  • Brushed, mirror polish, bead-blast etc.
04

Lead Time

Target schedule

  • Standard orders: allow 14+ days
  • Rush orders: notify upfront for coordination
  • Overseas: shipping time additional

Tip: It's OK if you can't fill all fields — just send what you have, we'll ask for what's missing. The most common gaps are 'no drawing' or 'no material spec' — but if you have photos or a sample, we can reverse-engineer.

Lead Time Reference

From quote to shipment: typical lead times

The schedule B2B procurement cares about most — varies by order type, quantity, and complexity. Actual lead time per individual quote.
