Transparent Data for Your Supply Chain

EU CBAM (effective Jan 2026), national supply-chain due-diligence laws, and global procurement transparency requirements — this page publishes Weiyon's compliance information so buyers can complete supplier due diligence in one place.

Quality & Documentation

Internal QC process and supply-chain documentation

Internal QC

4-Stage QC Process

Every order passes 4 documented quality gates from raw material to shipment: IQC incoming inspection → FAI first-article verification → IPQC in-process patrol → FQC final inspection. Each stage is documented and traceable.

Supply-Chain Docs

Documents per procurement requirement

Material certificates, first-article reports, measurement records, batch traceability logs — issued per your buyer's audit standard. Common formats include EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, AS9102 FAI, and PPAP (IATF 16949 system format).

Industry-specific third-party certifications (IATF 16949 automotive, AS9100 aerospace, ISO 13485 medical, API 6A/6D oil & gas) — we operate as an OEM machining partner under our customers' certified supply chains rather than holding these directly; we deliver documents in the corresponding formats per your buyer's requirements.

GHG Disclosure

Scope 1 / 2 / 3 annual emissions estimates

This is Weiyon's voluntary GHG disclosure — not a legal mandate. We self-conduct an inventory under the GHG Protocol framework and publish estimates to help global buyers complete supplier due diligence. New annual data blocks will be appended each year; historical data remains for trend comparison.

Methodology: GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (Scope 1/2/3 categorization, operational control boundary); spend-based + activity-based hybrid estimation. Sources: Taiwan Bureau of Energy (grid emission factor 0.495 kgCO₂e/kWh, published 2024); Worldsteel Association (steel emission factor ~1.85 kgCO₂e/kg); IPCC AR6 (gasoline EF 2.31 kgCO₂e/L). Boundary (included): direct fuels, purchased electricity (incl. air compressor), upstream key materials, cutting oil and production consumables. Boundary (excluded): employee commuting (GHG Cat 7, est. ~1 tCO₂e/yr — outside CBAM scope); facility rent (Cat 13, standard tenant practice excludes landlord-side); administrative services (accounting, banking — well below materiality threshold). CBAM form-filling service: full CBAM declarations can use product-specific tracked calculations. We provide the embedded-emissions data your EU importer needs for the declaration form — please indicate at quote time.

Future annual data will be added as expandable sections, ensuring complete and comparable historical disclosure.

Supply-Chain Due Diligence

Global supply-chain due-diligence self-declaration

Aligned with the upstream due-diligence requirements of major frameworks: Germany LkSG, EU CSDDD, UK Modern Slavery Act, US Dodd-Frank Sec. 1502 conflict-minerals rule — covering labor, health & safety, environment, and anti-corruption. Provided to support your supplier qualification process.

Labor rights

All employees employed under Taiwan Labor Standards Act — no forced labor, no child labor, freedom of assembly and association, statutory overtime pay. Standard 40-hour workweek.

Health & safety

Factory operates under Taiwan OSHA Occupational Safety & Health Act. Personal protective equipment provided, regular equipment inspection, machine safety training. No major occupational accidents on record.

Environmental impact

Cutting fluids disposed via licensed contractors per Taiwan Waste Disposal Act. Metal chips recycled. No high-pollution processes in-house. Plating and surface treatment subcontracted to partners holding valid waste-treatment permits.

Anti-corruption & ethics

Internal policies prohibit accepting bribes or undue benefits. Equal treatment of all customers; pricing based on cost + reasonable margin. IP respect — customer drawings strictly confidential.

Material Traceability

Supply-chain documentation standards

EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2

Material certificates per EU EN 10204. 3.1 — standard mill certificate verified by independent inspector; 3.2 — higher-tier certificate accepted by a Notified Body. Issued per your buyer's procurement requirement.

FAI / PPAP

First Article Inspection (commonly per AS9102 aerospace format) or Production Part Approval Process (IATF 16949 automotive-chain format) — complete pre-production documentation package, issued per customer procurement requirement.

Batch traceability log

From customer order → our batch number → raw material Mill Cert → process log → measurement records → shipping document, fully traceable. 3-year retention period.
