Overview

High-precision CNC milling for complex geometries, mechanism parts, and mold components. With 40+ years of shop-floor experience, we tailor tooling strategy and machining sequence to control deformation and meet tight tolerances.

Typical projects include: semiconductor vacuum chamber parts, robot joint mounts, mold mounting plates, production-line jigs, and structural brackets. For thin-walled parts, deep internal cavities, or multi-angle mating surfaces, we can integrate EDM or precision grinding to meet final tolerance.
